My delivery had been opened & purchases replaced with another companies item, clearly the delivery driver from Hermes, when I contacted Footasylum (0nly contacted by Chat, no phone number or email, how bad is that) they did not want to know and would not entertain any investigation or refund, lost £150.00 what a shambles of a company you be ashamed how you treat your customers
