The worst experience I ever had with this retail FOOTASYLUM , inexperienced staff and management, I returned very expensive coat via Evri shop , I followed all instructions and my item get lost now body knows where? I challenge them with the proof of return which I get from Evri shop and they keep saying is not valid. Further investigation was done no every single person could answer .Never get the refund! Worst retail ever!BE AWARE!

Bought a shoe article from them got bit smaller just tried to use there exchange service send to them and asked for exchange with bigger size they just send me back with same size stating that the box is damaged which I can’t see it’s damaged it’s in same condition as I received from them and I send this to customer service they said if warehouse rejects once they can’t do anything such a worst customer support never received from anywhere like this

Every time I have ordered from Footasylum they are all dirty. They are not brand new. The second time I went on live chat to sort it they were very rude and all they said was send them back and ended the chat. I do not recommend buying from there website.

Below is taken from the company website... How can I exchange an item for another size? To return your order for an exchange simply head to our returns portal here then select “Exchange” from the Return Option drop down and complete the field with the item Code, Colour and Size to request your exchange and send everything back to us using our free returns service. Please note we can only exchange for the same item in another size. Birthday pair of Crocs were a size too big for me. Asked to change the 11s for a size 10. No was the answer, it has to be within 28 days. No flexibility no customer service skills or will shown to help. Just no. Not impressed at all with the low level customer service.

I am so sad n sickened to pop in today and hear that my favourite member of staff at the Oxford Street store was fired just weeks after receiving her cancer diagnosis. Instead of supporting her in her supervisor role she was harrased, mocked and then dismissed apparently because this company says she's unfit to carry out her duties. Don't employers these days modify duties and offer extra support to staff? We can not dismiss ppl because they have cancer or other illnesses. I will never again step foot in this store nor purchase again from Foot Asylum. I will be going back to JD sports. This member of the staff was the reason I shopped in the store she took time to show me items, advise me on product care and also current fashion trends which I thought was so kind of her and I loved how attentive she was and also how she joyfully interacted with staff. To today hear she's been fired absolutely broke my heart and I left the store without my intended purchase. I was really emotional and can not imagine how she feels to receive this additional blow. I won't mention your name but please know I wish you the best your recovery even if ur employers don't. I will be telling all my friends about this. Many of us have been affected by the devastating effects of cancer and to think that any company can treat staff like this is crazy!!!! SINCE YOU GUYS DONT KNOW: A cancer diagnosis is considered a disability under the Equality Act 2010 in England, Scotland, and Wales. SHAME ON YOU FOOT ASYLUM.

I have already an outfit for my boyfriend's birthday. Never asked evri to deliver it anywhere else but my own front door to my own hands. Delivery driver left a photo of the map of my street as ' proof of delivery ' Which footasylum takes as 'successful delivery '. My parcel have also been going missing since a guy called Cheiro from Evri has been opening my parcel to see if they are worth stealing and if he didnt like what he saw he would throw it over my back gate( opened) at the same time i also ordered from Nike trainers which he stole and there was no issue with Nike they sent me an apology and a refund within the same day. Footasylum on the other hand fobbed me off and ended the live chat with me and said its not their issue i will never get a refund for something i haven't received!! Stay away

Do not buy from footasylum. I’ve had the same experience as others. I returned a pair of samba trainers, I have been sent back a pair of truffle sandals I’ve never seen and have been told these are what I returned and therefore I cannot have a refund. No investigation into my package being tampered with just told I sent back these sandals that are not mine

Brought a pair of puma trainers from the Bradford store witch developed a fault after a week, try to return for an exchange, what an Arrogant manger I was faced with, refusing to expect they were faulty 😡😡😡

Delivery was left in my garden which was then stolen out of my garden I requested a refund and was told I won’t be getting one as the delivery was left in a safe place ( next to a bin in plain sight of any passers by not hidden one bit) poor customer service one lady just ended the chat mid conversation won’t be ordering again

I returned a pair of trainers and I didn't get my refund yet!! That happened a month ago. I got an e-mail from them saying: we picked up your return when I called them they said that they didn't receive it. I am going to report this company to Trading Standards.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Returned 3 items, someone in warehouse stole them and then returned my parcel with a dress from PLT. Will not acknowledge someone swapped goods and refund my items. Cannot get same person to respond and call form rude manager, Jack.

I ordered a north face coat costing me £270 in total & was damaged after 5 weeks & nearly 60 emails , they sent me a womens jumpsuit size 14 saying thats what i sent although i have proof they dont! DONT ORDER FROM FOOTSYLUM P8925127

Returned item said I haven’t, stole my money and someone either from Evri or their warehouse stole the trainers I sent back. Customer service were horrible and essentially accusing me of theft even though I have proof of return. Refusing to refund me for an item I sent back

At Christmas I went on holiday to London where I bought new Nike shoes at one of your stores on Oxford st. When I return home to the Netherlands I discover that there is a production error in the shoe. I see that a certain part of the shoe is not sprayed in the correct color and that the edge is white. Now I have sent an email with photo’s and The bank statement to the service department twice to solve this, but unfortunately I do not get an answer to this. I also approached Nike myself but said I really have to be at the store. --- UPDATE 09/01/2024 --- After posting the review, I received a response to the review. I left my email address where requested and sent another email to the store chain. They said they were going to investigate. I am now awaiting an answer from them.

Footasylum customer service is the most unreliable, irritating customer service I’ve ever encountered. I was sent the wrong item, had to send it back which costed me €17.50, asked for an exchange and they gave me refund. I only just got my refund today since this issue in November. My order was €39 and they sent me €21 refund. I want the rest of my money. I’m never ordering online from them again, I rather use jd or footlockers, I’ve never experienced this from any brand I’ve been using and I’m very upset as I was excited for the trouser I ordered.

I returned order NoFA-14808744 to your Liverpool store in Paradise St on 20th November 2023. I had purchased on line to collect at the store. I was given a receipt for the refund & they said I didn’t have to give them my bank card as the refund would go through automatically. Today the 26th November 2023 I received a email to say my purchase was ready at the Liverpool to collect & I have four days in which to do this. I DID NOT make another order & just want my refund of £39-99p

Returned a pair of £70 trainers to croydon store that I ordered online. 4 weeks later have not had money refunded. online ghost chat as nobody there, customer service number never answered. I spend a lot of money in this store, not anymore. They have basically robbed me of £70. Awful company.

Terrible company - tried to return and they sent me back the wrong item. When I told them in store they couldn't help and when I reached out online they said I had to go resolve with their courier
