“Apart from my bank account being hacked I pleased to say I am very happy with my shoes. They fit nicely and delivery was fast. I feel very sorry for all the people on here with bad experiences with Footasylum. Thanks.”

“Delighted to get a beautiful pair of Adidas trainers for such a low price. They arrived very quickly here to the Republic of Ireland, only took 3 working days with standard shipping. My only complaint is that they could have packaged them a bit better. The shipping company obviously really battered them about... No damage to the trainers though, thankfully. They're perfect”

“After my original order didn’t arrive ...I spoke with Tom from customer service. Tom had a relaxed but professional approach - apologised for the delay and reprocessed my order. My new order arrived within a couple of days. All in all a good service (unfortunately items do get lost in transit) I’m very happy with my purchase. Thanks guys.”

“Having used many online stores to purchase goods I would say Footasylum stand out from others because the speed at which they process orders and provide regular updates from dispatch to actual delivery. The handover to their couriers is just as efficient with regular texts or emails to keep you posted on where your order is. Returning items for a refund is dealt with promptly once they reach Footasylum the money is back in your account before you know it compared to other online stores I've used recently.”

“I live in the US & the shoe I have been looking for is totally sold out so I took a chance by ordering online w/ this UK website. I checked this place's reviews on 4 websites & after seeing almost all bad reviews I was very skeptic & almost didn't give it a chance. but there were a few good reviews so I took a chance & I am very happy with the outcome. i ordered my shoes & immediately received a confirmation email. the next day I received a tracking number & an estimated delivery date. the package came 2 days early to my surprise & I got the exact shoes I wanted, authentic & new. I will say there are slight marks & scratches in about two spots. maybe from the transportation, they send the shoe box in plastic package wrapping so the shoes could have gotten a little banged up on the trip. my only other complaint is I wasn't aware a UK 8 is a US 10.5 instead of a 10, the conversion chart they had on the website was off so the shoes are a half size too big but other than that, I am so satisfied. give the site a chance. everyone is more willing to write bad reviews than good.”

“I made my purchase last week. after ordering, received an email saying that they will email me once the order cfm. i happened to read the bad reviews after that. reviews such as they do not refund the money even their purchase was out of stocks, or they purchase was sent to the wrong address n they refuse to refund and reply emails and etc. this made me worry at that time. the next day, i didnt get any email from them. i start to worry and email them asking about my purchase. fortunately, they reply within 24hours saying it is confirmed and my item were dispatched out for delivery. i live in Singapore. it took around 1 week to reach my house. Although the box was kind of damaged, the shoe condition was still very good. Overall, iam happy with their service and purchase. :)”

“So happy with my purchases! On 30th November I placed order for EA7 core id polo and 3 pack Calvin kleins which where absolute bargains and I even got 10% of the sale price as I am student! The only down side to shopping on this website was I didn't get a dispatched email but I Received my order on 4th November which was fast delivery!”
