After my original order didn’t arrive ...I spoke with Tom from customer service. Tom had a relaxed but professional approach - apologised for the delay and reprocessed my order. My new order arrived within a couple of days. All in all a good service (unfortunately items do get lost in transit) I’m very happy with my purchase. Thanks guys.
