FAKE SHOES I HAVE PROOF THIS TIME FOOT ASYLUM SELLING FAKE TRAINERS THIS TIME THEY GOT IT VERY BAD THERE IS NO AIR MAX UNDER THE NIKE 270 SHOE I BOUGHT FOR MY DAUGHTER I THOUGHT THIS FOR 3 YEARS BUT THEN I SAW POOR QUALITY ELSEWHERE SO PUT IT DOWN TO THAT WELL WHEN THESE ARRIED PLEASE LOOK AT PICTURE THERS NOTHING UNDERNEATH!!!!!! TERRIBLE COPY I FEEL LIKE TO CRY IVE WASTED 3 YEARS OF HARD WORKING MONEY FOR MARKET VALUE TRAINERS GUTTED.

Writing this as a staff member. The company is seeing countless IT issues and I understand customer frustrating as there is nothing worse than ordering something and not getting it when it’s due. But please, I beg you, do not come into store and threaten or abuse our staff. We at store level have no control over web orders or issues regarding IT. We can only do what we can at a store level. We will try everything we can to help resolve any issues but we as staff in store do not deserve to be spoke to or treated like a bit of dirt. This is our job, we only do as we are told. Thank you.

Avoid at all cost scammers Ordered pair of £130 trainers last Thursday 23 April 2020 not turned up the courier they use is Hermes what a joke of company lost my order still waiting after week a week now saying it’s going to take 28 days to sort it out joke of company will never order anything of theses scammers I would not recommend these company to any one they are rude and bad attitude on live chat long as they got ure cash they don’t give a damm avoid at all cost trust me ????

The email. confirming order did not have a 'live' link to track parcel. It is impossible to get a response on live chat or via email. No idea if the order is out, dispatched or not.....

Ordered some jeans on Saturday morning for next day delivery, still had no update it's now Wednesday, what big company has such big "IT" problems? and keep getting copy and paste answers, ridiculous. 1st time shopping with them and most definitely the last. I seriously recommend you don't order anything!

Was in store and there tills where down due to a system error and were only accepting cash payments, so i decided to order online and pay next day delivery assuming because it was letting me order and taking my payment everything was fine WRONG they knew the systems were down and still took online orders knowing they would not be able to for fill these no contact no email nothing! They have since took there customer service number off the website and turned there phone lines off ! If you use the live chat they just tell you there are unable to tell you when your item will be delivered and that they cant do anything for you. I will be returning the item whenever it does come and i will never shop with them again.

Something odd going on. All customer services are down, phone line too, but they are still accepting orders, their FB is still operating too.no idea if I'll get my order . worrying.

I am mega fuming to be honest! I'm incredibly upset, therefore i have come to the internet to rant my issues and complain about the terrible experience i have had with Foot Asylum to a bunch of middle aged men who are in a one way marriage trying to find out reviews of this website before buying expensive birthday gifts for their wife- yes, the wife they do not actually want to be married to. I'll tell you what, 20 likes on this and ill reveal my experiences.

Ordered a pair of Adidas from footasylim.com , wanted to return this as the colour was different from what I see online, went to footaslum in silverburn to return, but the store manager refused to accept the return as she said it looks not original! She changelled me with the wrapping tissue paper within the box is a black wrapping paper, normally it a white clear wrapping paper. I asked her to phone up your warehouse as this is exactly what I received. After a phone call to the warehouse she insist to accept the return, and said the pair of shoes looks fake as well to her. So, after all , footasylum online can be selling fake? The attitude of that store manger was not that nice either, I then asked for her name for reference as I'm going to phone up the online customer service regarding on this, she refused to give me her name and said, just say store Manager, there's only one store manager in each store! I was just speechless and have no choice but left the shop.

WARNING TO ALL: Please dont purchase anything from these people. Ordered a jacket for my son in law for Christmas, took the money of £80.00 plus a special delivery charge and then received an email day later saying out of stock. Offered me 10% off my next order ( Insult!!) plus free delivery. ( Free delivery comes standard anyway unless you need the item urgent whereas an additional payment will be made for postage. lLets wait and see how long they take to get reimburse. I just wish i reviewed all there comments earlier as i would not have gone with these people.

Terrible customer service returned shoes received nothing returned via hermes which apparently is not a service they provide so why didn't the courier tell me that no help from customer services .emails were answers by different person each time .was treated as if I was lying about return diabolical customer service avoid this company they have no customer service and don't value customers .Do not order from them

NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE CON ARTISTS !!!! I have been waiting over 3 months for an exchange/ refund on a pair of faulty trainers that arrived at my house. I was instructed to return these to my local store where they would be sent back and processed for exchange or refund once reaching the depot. I was given a piece of ripped off till receipt with a hand written awknowledgement that they had taken my shoes... After atleast 10 emails they managed to track the where abouts of my trainers- still sat in the back room of the shop i had returned them to?! The store denying giving me the hand written note so i sent a copy of this in yet another email. I have been told i will receive a full refund and have been offered a shambolic 20% off of my next purchase whoch clearly will never be happening again. On top of that i am still waiting for MY money to be returned to my bank account. Shocking customer services!! Avoid this company like the plague no value for its customers what so ever.

Having a nightmare time returned goods on the 9 th wanted an exchange but then heard nothing 2 emails have been ignored. Been trying to ring customer services now every day for a week spoke to an advisor Wednesday finally after 19 calls that went in answered who said ring back Friday for refund to be processed . So I have rang today 24 times got no reply what's the point in customer service line that's never answered . Phoned a store for help they tried raining and got nowhere either . So now with only a few shopping days left I'm stuck with no refund and no way of getting I touch with customer services to chase it . I'm not alone either other work colleagues have all experienced the same things really disappointed with the service wondering If I will ever get the refund and annoyed I'm now out of pocket just before Xmas !

Do not trust this company, have taken money from my account 4 weeks ago and haven't delivered the order. Can't get through to customer services and have sent multiple emails. Shocking customer service! Avoid!!!!
