So i ordered a Nike tech hoody online… So i ordered a Nike tech hoody online on the 24th and i was charged £100, I also received x2 separate emails one to say item being processed and the other one saying it had been dispatched??????????????? and then today received this one at 6pm!! Hi 👋, Thank you for your order! I’m really sorry to let you know that between adding your items to the basket and going through the checkout, your item, TECH FLEECE FZ HOOD, was then sold out when we attempted to pick it from our warehouse. Due to the amount of orders we have at this time of year, it is unusual but it can happen and we’re sorry we won’t be able to get this item out to you. Keep an eye on our website though and social media for new drops and info on when items are back in stock! A refund is processed automatically and will show back in your account within 10 days from your original order date. Apologies again, have a great New Year! Extremely slow and bad service. The only way to contact them is by whatsapp and it takes up to 2 weeks for a respond. Dont buy from them.

Terrible customer service when trying to make a return. Would not allow return after 14 days, but took longer than 14 days to respond to me. Would not recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! Customer service is non existent!! Ordered tracksuit and trainers for our sons Xmas present, paying for next day delivery to ensure they arrived in plenty of time for Xmas. Then faced an on going battle with COMPANY and Hermes with no-one being able to tell me where these items were. Try to contact Footasylum and faced with a Chat Bot. Forced to put scathing review on Social Media platforms as a means of initiating a response. Finally get an email on Xmas eve to say money has been refunded and the order cancelled, we now have no time to try and get other presents for our son!!!!! Absolute joke of a company, happy to take your money but not deliver the goods, at least Dick Turpin wore a mask!!!!!

AVOID - Customer service none existent. Online chat bot waste of time. WhatsApp customer service response more emojis than useful/meaningful info. Wrong item received, returned over 3 weeks ago, still waiting for a refund.

Gift card ordered 12 days ago and my money taken a couple of days later. After that, no dispatch notice, no goods. Delivery is supposed to be 2-4 days.I’ve tried contacting them in all kinds of ways. No phone response except to say they’re now working from home and to contact them online. I have done so several times over the past couple of weeks and all I get is a robot which says it can’t find my order and a human will get back to me in a few moments. No one ever does. Tried the WhatsApp route, quoting my order number and nobody ever gets back. I’ve asked for a refund as it’s getting very late to get this gift delivered, but no response. Fed up. Had to spend more money with a different (reliable) company. Dreadful service!

Made an order on the 03/12/21 received no confirmation email or text with order number so can't track order ..payment was taken for order on the 06/12/21 still no email or delivery ..sent numerous emails have not had one reply from customer service.. Absolutely disgraceful service from this company I'm taking the matter further legally to get a refund . PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY & DONT DELIVER THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE YOU PAY FOR : ITS CALLED THEFT IR FRAUD ..NO OTHER WORD FOR IT !!

Take your order & money then do not deliver the goods. When you try to get resolution, they just ignore you. Avoid this company at all costs and spend your money elsewhere. Bunch of Charlatans.

Sent me damaged shoe looked like it had been worn had there courier collect the shoes and they have have now lost the item no refund given so now going to have to take them to small claims court to get my money back as customer services never come back to you

I ordered a full tracksuit and only received the top no bottoms, for over a week I’ve been talking to footasylum expressing my dissatisfaction and disappointment of their service no one was giving a straight answer or offering me anything for their mistake. I will never ever order from this company again I have never experienced anything like this in all my years of online shopping, absolutely disgrace I am still waiting for a proper apology and something little fir my trouble.

Appalling. I purchased these v vegan Buffalo's from Footasylum in June and I am really unhappy with how they have worn. Dealing with this company is a nightmare.

I ordered some trainers for my partners birthday next day delivery, they turned up next day fast which was brilliant cant fault there delivery in the slightest. but they were the wrong trainers and were for another customer! So had to send them back and they have given me the right trainers now! Giving 3 stars because the customer service was brilliant and they really helped me, if the customer service wasn't any good they'd be getting 1 star.

My son bought some pants. He picked up the wrong style. When we realised, we tried to return them. FA refused stating that it was against policy. The policy is only displayed on the receipt that you get AFTER purchase!!! Pathetic policy administered by equally pathetic store management. Items were unused, in original unopened packaging. we tried to return within 7 days of purchase. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this pathetic business.

Absolute joke paid £300 for 3 items received one item and they say there is nothing they can do so now i have to escalate it further because they dispute the fact that i only received 1 part of my order when the parcel arrived fully sealed so either they never packed it or someone has burst it open took my 2 items out and graciously spent the time to reseal it which i don’t see happening absolute disgrace basically just robbed me of near enough £200 stay clear going on the 11th day foot asylum claim to have sent all three items refuses to acknowledge that only the trainers showed up absolute disgrace of a company. Never pay for Sunday Delivery not worth the Monday still turned up late so aswell as being late half my order was missing

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I made an order online for 6 pairs of trainers for 2 infant children. The delivery was made today a day late and there are THREE PAIRS MISSING in a ripped parcel from Hermes. I try to phone customer service to be told all lines are currently off meaning I have to speak to a live chat staff member. The staff are so sarcastic, patronising and unhelpful. They asked me to send pics of what I received which I did and was then told they would look into it. They then contacted me to say because i dont have a paper invoice (that was also missing) that they cant do anything about it and I am not entitled for them to resend the missing items or a refund. They tried to make jokes about the situation and send you dozens of smileys and emojis knowing full well they have basically just scammed me out of almost £150 worth of goods for a small child. They say the only next option that I have is to make a complaint to a third party company which I will be doing now. Have sent hundreds of bad reviews about this company online, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE A RISK WITH THEM

I bought almost 300 euros worth of clothes for my son all items were perfect bar one. It was supposed to a boys black nike jog pants I got a pink girls jog pants that had quite obviously been worn. I contacted the company I got the so sorry send pics bit so I did and heard nothing back after several emails still nothing. When they get your order right it's right if it's wrong count your losses and move on.
