“I have never been a customer of footasylum but unfortunately I was scammed and they used my card at this company, the first time I got in touch through the chat line the first assistant was very good and I got one of the transaction repaid. They said that the other 3 were out for delivery and they will try to stop them and would get back to me. I didn’t hear anything for nearly a week so got back in touch with them, the second assistant seemed not to be interested and after a period of time told me the shoes had been delivered so transactions could be not stopped. I asked if they could give me or the national fraud agency the delivery address of were the products had gone and the answer I got was no. I understand why they can’t give me the information but surly they should get in touch with the nation fraud agency and pass on this information as this is now a criminal investigation.”

“Purchased 2 pairs of Salomon trainers in different sizes. Both pairs didn't fit well so returned both pairs in exactly the same parcel as they were sent through FootAsylum's preferred choice of courier ToYou through Asda. FootAsylum only refunded 1 pair (after a lot of research, I can see that this is common practice for these charlatans) I paid through Klarna, sent Klarna the return receipt which proves that ToYou delivered the return to FootAsylum but FootAsylum still try to lie and say that 1 pair has been returned when I know that they have received 2 pairs. I'm fortunate that I don't need a credit rating so I'll wait for FootAsylum to take this 'debt' to court and they can produce their evidence to my lawyer. I have all the evidence I need to prove I returned them and purchased a different pair through another store shortly after. Avoid this store at all costs.”

“States as being in stock when it's not. Takes money, gives delivery date. Not delivered, turns out they just cancelled with no email, no text, no call as no stock. No notice at all. No customer service as chat service broken. Use their WhatsApp chat but it's automated only, no one there just states they will get back to you in 24 hrs. Mess of a company. Going to have to charge back my credit card.”

“Ordered 2 coats and 2 jackets returned 2coats and1 jacket only refunded me for 1 coat. After numerous calls and being ignored they have still not refunded me for all items that I returned have now proceeded to take out a chargeback from my bank. Would not recommend this company as they constantly make excuses to ovoid refunding you. Total owned £370 beware when sending items back.”

“Id give 0 stars if it would let me do that to leave a review! Chased for 4 days for a delivery only to be told that they have lost the parcel, cant redeliver it because they're out of stock .. probably didn't have any anyway... now got to wait till after xmas for my money back as its 10 working days ! Shocking service”

“Do not but from here as you will not get a refund if you return anything. I returned a hood and a tshirt they refunded the T-shirt witch was £20 but not the hoody that was £60. Have not responded to any of my emails about the issue.”

“Ordered my son a tracksuit cost me almost 150 turns up missing bottoms took 4 days of getting in touch to find out item was out of stock yet they had still taken the money for the item even though it was out of stock and if I hasn't said anything wouldn't have given me my money back worst service I've had from an online retailer”

“I was totally abused in Speke store by the manager Chris he is totally disrespectful and the discrimation and lack of empathy from this manager towards disabled is absolutely shocking I hope this man doesn't face the public every day his attitude is awful try and do an exchange with the reciept yes that is right with the actual reciept this man terrorised me infront of members of the public while I accompanied my disabled sister there absolutely shocking behaviour from a manager of a store im Totally gobsmacked of his behaviour most arrogant man I have ever had to deal with massive chip on his shoulder because his staff member give me wrong information he then proceeded to abuse me I've posted his picture please beware of this man when shopping at the speke store”

“I missed an item off the returns form and they now haven’t refunded one of my items even though they were both sent back. It’s absolutely sickening. I’ve had to raise this with resolver now. They cannot just rob people. They don’t take customer testimony. I’ll warn people of this company they’re cowboys”

“AVOID! NO REFUND! THIEVES Absolutely appalling service. First and last time I use this useless website. I had to place two separate orders for school shoes for my daughter in August and returned one which was over a month ago. You have no option to contact humans instead dealing with bots! Can you take notes from ASOS or H&M please and see how an efficient company runs and provides excellent customer service. Whilst writing this negative review, I’m still yet to receive my refund! Kindly get one of your bots to update me on my refund urgently! Date of experience: 06 August 2022”

“I can't give zero stars unfortunately. Totally shocking service in regards to a faulty item that they refuse to replace or refund. It is clear to anyone looking at the item that there was something wrong with it (an expensive padded coat) yet they "inspected" it and could find no fault - absolutely outrageous. No one was willing to do anything to put this right for me and simply told me their decision is final! Awful customer service and I will never buy anything from them again.”

“Do Not use this company ordered shoes on 3/5/22 on line as a birthday gift - gifted on 19th May ( actual birthday ) but shoes too big and tried to exchange in Westfield ( told not possible as paid by PayPal) Didn't have next size up so had to order something else on line as wouldn't give credit note !! Goods returned, Yodel receipt 2 months later -still no replacement received”

“Very bad service, dishonest I would say. I bought 2 pair of shoes at the shop in Westfield London. One of the pair was on display, the salesperson make a discount of 10% on it but when my partner paid she forgot to say we had a discount, so we ask for it and the manager refuse do apply it. It was suppose to be 8 pounds. I will never go again to this shop nd will tell this story around me. At least they should have made a commercial rebate or a voucher. The only answer I had is that the dirt on the shoes was not enough to make a discount. The problem is that the salesperson told me that I have a 10% discount.”

“Poor service from the start ordered Air Jordan standard delivery 3 days later said parcel was out for delivery this continued for another 3 days the a note saying I had refused the delivery and was returned to sender. This was not the case. Can’t get through to any one to speak to. Never again! Footasylum is a joke. Save your money and go elsewhere! AVOID! For some reason this site won’t let me leave a 1 star review.”

“My delivery had been opened & purchases replaced with another companies item, clearly the delivery driver from Hermes, when I contacted Footasylum (0nly contacted by Chat, no phone number or email, how bad is that) they did not want to know and would not entertain any investigation or refund, lost £150.00 what a shambles of a company you be ashamed how you treat your customers”

“I was assured me order would be amended when I requested to cancel it however this was not the case and now I’ve to wait even longer for a refund and have to pay to return the item which apparently I will be refunded for however based on previous correspondence I won’t hold my breath won’t be ordering again”
