“Ok, so i reside in Australia and didn't twig that i was ordering from a UK online store on the 11th of December, as all prices were in Australian currency. When i did discover 24hrs later that i had in fact ordered from a UK store i panicked that i wouldn't receive my order before Christmas. Well let me reassure you that this store does not only have reasonably priced products, they also have super sonic shipping. My order was on my doorstep on December 16th. 👍. I don't get local postage in that time frame. Very impressive business.”

“I had a particular Adidas shoe in my mind which i saw while browsing over the net. I wasn't certain about (size/real look of the product). So i arrived at Highcross Leicester, went through practically every sports shoe shop. Not satisfied i eventually landed at Footasylum. It was a good outlet, variety/range of shoes were good. But made the purchase and happy with it. All due to this particular assistant Mr. Blane, who entertainingly guided me to choose, gave honest opinion, spoke kindly, listened attentively, and responded professionally. I left the shop with a good experience and a memorable interaction.”

“Cant understand all the bad reviews! I saw two pairs of trainers that I wanted on their website. Having seen all the bad reviews I was very hesitant to order anything. I decided to brave it and order just one pair that I liked. I received multiple emails letting me know the status of my order, and within 3 to 4 days my parcel arrived. Loved the trainers! So I decided I would order the second pair I had liked. Same thing, multiple emails sent regarding my order, and within only a few days, my second pair had arrived. And I love them even more than I thought! Such a pity people have clearly had bad experiences with this company, but I thought I should leave my review to say how great my experience with them has been. And would definitely order from them again 😊”

“Writing this as a staff member. The company is seeing countless IT issues and I understand customer frustrating as there is nothing worse than ordering something and not getting it when it’s due. But please, I beg you, do not come into store and threaten or abuse our staff. We at store level have no control over web orders or issues regarding IT. We can only do what we can at a store level. We will try everything we can to help resolve any issues but we as staff in store do not deserve to be spoke to or treated like a bit of dirt. This is our job, we only do as we are told. Thank you.”

“Placed an order for some trainers pre-Christmas. Unfortunately, due to them using Hermes as their delivery company the parcel was left in plain sight and had disappeared by the time I'd returned home. Footasylum were outstanding and dealt with my issue swiftly, they appear to have customer service at the forefront of their business. Will be purchasing from Footasylum in future.”

“I placed an order with 'SevenStore' originally, however after the website crashing my order did not go through but my money was still deducted from my account, without receiving a confirmation email. After speaking with the customer services team at 'SevenStore', a lady called Tory was very accommodating and insured that my order was completed. She even went beyond when she realised the item was out of stock at 'SevenStore' and contacted 'Footasylum'; whom are partners and proceeded with my order next day delivery. I really appreciate her consistency and dedication with my order.”
