Placed an order for some trainers pre-Christmas. Unfortunately, due to them using Hermes as their delivery company the parcel was left in plain sight and had disappeared by the time I'd returned home. Footasylum were outstanding and dealt with my issue swiftly, they appear to have customer service at the forefront of their business. Will be purchasing from Footasylum in future.
