At Christmas I went on holiday to London where I bought new Nike shoes at one of your stores on Oxford st.
When I return home to the Netherlands I discover that there is a production error in the shoe.
I see that a certain part of the shoe is not sprayed in the correct color and that the edge is white.
Now I have sent an email with photo’s and The bank statement to the service department twice to solve this, but unfortunately I do not get an answer to this.
I also approached Nike myself but said I really have to be at the store.

After posting the review, I received a response to the review.
I left my email address where requested and sent another email to the store chain.
They said they were going to investigate.
I am now awaiting an answer from them.
