My order was 'lost' although they said it was delivered to store. I had no communication saying it was delivered to store, only the courier email. The Westfield store confirmed there was no order there. Customer service asked ME to provide CCTV that it was NOT there?! This is NOT law and impossible for me to do. They closed the online chat abruptly and left me out of pocket. I will NEVER shop with Foot Asylum again. They seem to think they are above the law and DO NOT CARE how they treat paying customers. Eventually my money will be returned to me but do no recommend ANYONE to buy from this business.
