I ordered two pairs of trainers on Saturday. On Sunday I received an email stating that they had been dispatched and was on its way to the depot. By Monday there was a warning stating that it was delayed and would be sorted within the next 24hrs. 48hrs later I am still waiting... I contacted Hermes who were delivering my order and they stated that I need to wait another 48hrs for them to hear back from the depot as to why it had not been sent. I explained that this order was a gift for this weekend and that I had originally put it down to go to my work so it had to be delivered by Thursday. I asked them to re route it to my house so that I could at least get it when I am home this weekend (hopefully in time) and they informed me that they do no deliver over the weekend and could no re route it until they found it. I then contacted Footasylum today (still no response from hermes) and they also stated that I had to wait 24hrs for them to hear back from Hermes and that they could not guarantee that if they resent it that it would get to me by tomorrow.
I had spent £158 and all they seemed to be doing is sending off an email and fobbing me off asking me to wait longer and longer. Putting a compliant in the system takes up to 5 days for a response/resolution. Having complained to both Hermes & Footasylum I requested a full refund and an email confirming that they are processing my refund as I want proof should anything else go wrong with my money.
I would not buy from Footasylum again or any service that uses Hermes if this is the level of customer service they are providing.
