I needed a refund for a cancelled order. I hadn't even put my hands on the product.
Email said that's fine. You'll be refunded in 3-7 working days.
That was on the 17th of May. It's now 2nd of June.
I've emailed customer services, where I got a copy of a so called refund to me and was told to 'take it up with my bank' "whaaaat?" Of course, I enquired with my bank who said quite rightly, "what do they think we can do about it?"
Total scam, the refund slip in my email could be any old print out.
Please AVOID this dreadful company!!!!
