Charging me VAT on exported goods.
When is should be exempt.

A. I am not VAT registered to begin with
B. Don’t have VAT here
All your customer service team kept saying is I can claim it back, please tell me how then...?
I need to be reimbursed the 20% extra I paid!
I will not stop until I speak to someone that knows what they are doing.
