This is one of the worst places to shop. Customer service is horrible.
Ordered a pair of shoes. They sent the wrong size. Tried to reach customer service and after 3 days they finally replied. Not reading the order they said bring the shoes back to the store. Living in the USA it would be impossible to hand carry them to the store. Then they said ship them back and they would pay £12.50 for shipping. Knowing they were being returned from the U.S that no where in the U.S could you ship them for that amount. I would not recommend shopping at this store.
