I echo what everyone else is saying.
Ordered three pairs of trainers last week with next day delivery.
Still no delivery or update just told they will contact me whenever their IT issue is sorted.
I requested a refund and told that isn’t possible, I just have to wait!
What I find even more outrageous is that they are still accepting new orders and taking people’s money!
No warning, nothing.
I have a feeling this is something Footasylum will struggle to recover from.
