I'd give no stars if I could, ordered a pair of trainers for my daughter on 21st February, was told systems had been down and i would be refunded within 3-5 working days, that was on WhatsApp on 3rd march then on Facebook messenger I was told they'd processed my order on a different date, long story short still have no refund or trainers, customer service is pathetic I'd stay well clear of ordering from them
