Embarrassing service from such a big company
delivery never came, when checked tracker it was on it's way back to warehouse. I bought 2 exclusive pair of shoes and cannot explain my frustration.
On the other side when delivery comes, the box of the items looks like it's been in a war.
This is one of the worst services i ever received from a high street company.
