I've emailed their Team Email twice now with no response, I asked for my issue to be escalates with a manager and still no response after waiting over a week. This is after I've already spent over £1000 on an order, god knows how they treat small order customers, absolutely dreadful service and lost over a £100 in items because they're not responding.
