You couldn’t make it up got my ford pilot insurance with them 5 weeks later I sold it LOF188 got paperwork today to renew it told the female I cancelled it in November 4 times she told me your account has not been accessed so not only did they keep my money now want me to renew it then asked me to provide details I sold the car .
