I ordered from their catalog for my great-nephew for his birthday. When my niece told me that nothing had arrived from me, I immediately contacted the company. They answered quicker to my message than some of my friends do. They told me that had a receipt showing it was delivered. I found out it was delivered and my niece forgot about it.
