“I was having trouble with ordering online and when I called I had a great experience. I was walked through the process and when I realized what had happened she held on for me to try to see if I could get the last item available and then let me finish my order online so I could get the free shipping offer. It was super to have someone so pleasant, helpful and patient. Thank you!”
