“Ordered a bunch of items for Christmas this year - what we received, we like and are happy with. But the box that they used was not taped on the bottom so we were missing quite a few items. They were quick to reply but I'm still waiting to receive my refund on the missing items. Also, beware of deceptive advertising - the smaller items they sell have 3 of the items in the product pictures, but you are only paying for one. I only realized this after I had ordered, and was disappointed that I paid what I did for only one item and not three.”

Hi Emily, I am very sorry you weren't completely satisfied with your order. I trust you have received your refund? If not, please reach out to info@montessoriservices.com to follow up. With regards to the image with the 3 tongs, we included that to show all the color possibilities. It does say "sold individually" below the product name and in the description, but if you were confused, then clearly that was not enough. I went ahead and made the image of single green pair of tongs the primary image, with the option to click the right arrow to see the 3 colors. I believe that will help. Thank you for the feedback! “For Small Hands are always excellent in descriptions and describing age appropriatemness which is so helpful and spot on, every time. Service is very good and the children for whom I buy things from FOr Small Hands are always delighted. This time was not excpetion. Two birthdays for two grandchildren were enhanced with our gifts. At one four-year-old birthday party there were enough boards in a beautiful threading-design board activity, that everyone at the party got to play with a board. Happy children! The Woodworking gift is chock full of goof ideas for a little six-year-old who loves wood-working projects, hammers and nails and paint are his delight! So, thank you, for your care in thinking of what works well for children and keeps them active in their thinking, happy in their feelings, and engaged in their will!”
