“We still have not received some of the items we ordered (order placed weeks before Christmas and it’s now mid-February) and the shipping was slow for the items that we did receive. The quality of the items we have received is good, but with the unreliable shipping, I’m not sure I’ll ever order again.”

“I ordered 3 items for my grandsons birthday, but only 2 arrived. Your system said it was delivered but my daughter & grandson never rec'd it. :( So sad.”

Hi Kristen, According to our records you ordered 4 items (thank you!). We sent an initial shipment of two items and then sent one backorder item in a later shipment with a notation that the final item (the Sunprint Kit) was "not available." You were not charged for the Sunprint Kit. I apologize if there was any confusion. “I originally ordered the 4 piece elementary set of garden tools. What came was a three piece set after a very long delay. They are OK, I've already had to tighten the screws that hold the tool heads on to the handles and children haven't even used them yet. They are real wood and real metal, just not very well made. Will think twice before ordering from here again.”

Dear Cynthia, We apologize about the long delay you experienced with the Garden Tools. Though we ordered these early, our manufacturers are having much longer than normal delays due, in part, to the pandemic. The garden tools you received are real tools from AMES and they should last for years. We paired these tools with a Bamboo Garden Rake from another manufacturer. Unfortunately, the rake is not available from the manufacturer at this time. Therefore, we removed the rake from the set and adjusted the price to reflect the omission. There should have been a note on your invoice indicating this change. We apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding. Your satisfaction is always guaranteed.
