Shipping was great but what I ordered was not clear in the photos.

My one item order became very expensive when I paid the shipping. The musical instruments are smaller than expected and crudely made. Not the quality I expected.

Dear Judith, We are so sorry that you were not pleased with the Rainforest Instrument Set. These instruments are handcrafted in Thailand and each piece is unique. However, they should be very similar to what we show/describe in our catalog and online. Just to be sure we doublechecked our stock and discovered they are the same size and style we show/describe (the green color of the frog does vary). Ordering was easy, shipping about average what most companies charge, turnaround time quick. Items somewhat pricey, as can be expected with most fundraising products. Overall, a pain-free purchase to benefit my kid's school.

Dear Trina, I just tracked your package and according to FedEx the package was "left at front door" on 7/3 at 9:49 a.m. Since this package was delivered we were not notified. When I called and asked to order they just referred me to the site to another site. There was no place to enter my grandsons name only the school. I wanted to make sure he got credit for my order. I would have appreciated a little help instead of being pushed off.

Dear Gail, I'm so sorry that you felt like you were not given good service. Your order shows that it was placed online through our eCatalog. We are a very small company and when all of our phone lines are busy an offsite call center answers our calls. I believe this is what might have happened. While they should have been able to assist you, I apologize if it felt like you were being pushed off. All of our customers are important to us. Please note that the "For Small Hands" School Credit Promotion ends on Dec. 31. Your order was placed in January and therefore did not qualify for credit. We run this promotion every year from Sept. 1 through Dec. 31. If you order during this time period we will happily credit your grandson's school. Thank you for your feedback. Disappointed because the harps not tunable and so I had to return it with me paying the postage......lost money on the deal!
