My order was received promptly even during the chaos of supply chain concerns. One item had two pieces that were the wrong color, they probably came that way from the manufacturer I would presume, and the clerk was more than helpful in replacing the pieces. This was our second time to order from the company and we will continue to purchase items from them. They offer a great variety of hands on materials for many ages.
