The place is a dump now. The Comics section is a tatty, disorganised mess, while the staff are childish, shouty imbeciles, more interested in 'being on their breaks' than helping customers. A number of staff are also rude to customers. Let's hope the arrival of Animetal a few doors away breaks the complacent FP's hold on the market! Competition is good and Landau's shoddy empire needs a good kick up the rear!
