Ford Motor company's response."There are no active programs at this time to repair the auto" The worst customer service correspondence I have ever seen. And it appears to be a cover up that the company does not want to address. This car has been kept in a garage and has never been in an accident. Save yourself the time and stress of dealing with a company that has ZERO customer service.
