Bought a 2022 F150 Brand New last year. Since then I’ve had many updates happen. I understand we all need updates with technology these days but when it updates I have multiple issues afterwards. List of issues after updates; Touch screen doesn’t work. Instrumentation Panel on dash goes black and shuts off while going down the road. App start has issues starting from phone. CarPlay is almost non existent. Besides update issues I’ve had multiple recalls one consisting of the parking brake wiring which takes 4 hours without a loaner. Automatic window issues. Connection to maps. Bluetooth issues. Doors from factory have never been lined up from front doors to back doors after multiple visits. Front seat cover issues and many more. When I contact the dealer I purchased from they act like it’s not their problem. As a customer I feel as if my hard earned money is going to waste while being ignored about these issues. Ford should’ve already figured out these issues since the F150’s been out for a long time. I’m highly considering changing Brands of Trucks completely. It should never be an issue since you Ford Motor Company is responsible for your product. Seems like these days you could care less and that’s sad! I’ve gotta admit if I continue to have multiple issues I will be indefinitely going to Chevrolet. Lenoir City Ford Tennessee needs a reality check!
