**Extremely disappointed and frustrated with Ford.**
I purchased a Ford Expedition along with an extended warranty. The first time I needed to use it, due to a coolant leak, I was informed by the dealership that two hoses need to be replaced. To my shock, I was told the cost would be $1,060 and that the extended warranty does not cover it. This is completely unacceptable, as I bought the most expensive extended warranty under the promise that it would provide bumper-to-bumper coverage!
