FCS have since variously described the condition, none of which match my photos. FCS have failed to provide visual proof of their quality assessment, FCS have disregarded legislation both Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts(Information, Cancellation & Additional charges) Regulations 2013. They have withheld a portiion of the parts cost, their deivery and, having failed to arrange uplift, my delivery; this is in contravention of the 2013 regulations.
