“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! I have purchased 2 items received 1 item then chased them for the 2nd item which I never received! They then sent me an air conditioner condenser worth £0 so old it's crumbling. Tried to either get the part they owe me or my money back and nothing. They expect me to return item sent which was never ordered at my own cost the unordered item still in my garage which they can collect when ever they want. All I wanted was either what I paid for or partial refund.”
“I dont even want to give this shambles of a company 1 star but i have to do to send the review i also went through 1st choice and was given there details for a nissan note automatic front subframe i called them they said they had one and it would be delivered within 4 days.
Well a week and half later and 3 phone calls it arrived at a price of £198 which i paid by card.
The car went into the garage to have the subframe fitted once the old one was removed guess what the new one from foreign car spares was the wrong one it was for a manual not an auto i called to explain the car was stuck on the garage ramp they just said they would try and find the correct subfame for me with no time scale explain that to the garage owner not who needed his ramp for other customers car repairs.
my only option was to go to the dealers at a price of £634 the garage fitted it on thats over £1000 now this company then said send the wrong subframe back to them for a refund at my cost
And that the refund payment would be minus 25% i asked were it states if the parts are returned i loose 25% they could not explain and as they sent me the wrong part i should expect a full refund.
So out of all of the phone calls and weeks passing i finally got a refund for my £198.00 of £137.25 that is not minus 25% when i went to school so all i can say is i should have read there fantastic shite
reviews first myself and good look if you dare to order anything from this pathetic run company they are just a joke.

They are refusing to reimburse me and are demanding that I return the incorrect part at my cost. I feel that as they got things wrong that they should be responsible under the consumer rights act in reimbursing me in full and also in picking up the part at their expense”

“Bought an engine from these guys and it was damaged. Unfortunately couldn't test the engine until it had been fitted and then it was too late! Contacted them and they wanted me to remove the engine and send it back? Cost me £900 to have it fitted and a few more hundred pounds to repair the faults. Their engines obviously aren't inspected adequately and they provide you with no history or mileage. They also have an eBay business so buy at your own risk!”

They said they had the part in stock and charged my card with a promised delivery of 5 working days. After chasing the order up numerous times (around 30 calls) they finally admitted they did not have the part and said they would refund. Two months have now passed with no refund on my card and no part delivered. They don't answer my calls and if they do answer they leave my call on hold and we can hear them laughing in the background. Absolutely horrible experience.”

I was dealt with very well on the phone, in fact they phoned me back to check on my car reg, as it hadn’t shown up on their computer, which happens regularly, with other companies, but they just wanted to make sure of the part.
