Sent the wrong part. And heard no more, despite assurances from Dave that was the right part, then when he realized his error he promised to "sort it ou". Needless to say, he didn't sort anything out, and I'm down 200 quid. Don't send them any money without proof that they have sent you the right part. And don't expect them to own their own mistakes, they'll just blame someone else, then ignore you.

I got a call from Dave after I posted the advert, who told me he had the part. I asked if he was sure it was for a LWB and he assured me it was. The part eventually arrived in Scotland, and was the wrong part. I called Dave, and he said, leave it with me I'll sort it out. That was the last I heard from Dave and I am 200 quid down for a part that doesn't fit my van. Rogues and charlatans.

I was lied to regarding the existance of a gearbox, which I stupidly paid for by card.
I had to resort to a govt. agency to retrieve my money. One star rating is being generous!!!!!

Distance purchase of a bumper after being assured that it would only require respray to correct colour. It was a peice of scrap. FCS have since variously described the condition, none of which match my photos. FCS have failed to provide visual proof of their quality assessment, FCS have disregarded legislation both Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts(Information, Cancellation & Additional charges) Regulations 2013. They have withheld a portiion of the parts cost, their deivery and, having failed to arrange uplift, my delivery; this is in contravention of the 2013 regulations.

ordered a bumper and light was told will receive in couple days after ringing several times was told bumper ready to be posted this was 3 weeks later .bumper never arrived phoned again to be told it is damaged still waiting for refund bad telephone manner and very impolite . have had to contact my card company to persue this matter .
