“Distance purchase of a bumper after being assured that it would only require respray to correct colour. It was a peice of scrap. FCS have since variously described the condition, none of which match my photos. FCS have failed to provide visual proof of their quality assessment, FCS have disregarded legislation both Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts(Information, Cancellation & Additional charges) Regulations 2013. They have withheld a portiion of the parts cost, their deivery and, having failed to arrange uplift, my delivery; this is in contravention of the 2013 regulations.

“ordered a bumper and light was told will receive in couple days after ringing several times was told bumper ready to be posted this was 3 weeks later .bumper never arrived phoned again to be told it is damaged still waiting for refund bad telephone manner and very impolite . have had to contact my card company to persue this matter .”
