Had a gift voucher giving £20 off minimum spend of £100, and discovered that a £99.99 purchase via the website did not qualify. This took a couple of 'phone calls to clarify, both of which were handled with the greatest of courtesy, but to no avail.
However, the purchase was increased above £100, and the transaction then went most expeditiously, the fully satisfactory goods arriving just a couple of days later.
