Service was very good overall. There was a problem with my order where a Backpack bag was out of stock, so I changed to a holdall type bag. The 2 other parts of my order arrived on time but the holdall has still not been delivered. Contact with their rep, Sam Brooks has been very good throughout though and I would recommend buying from them
