Cristina, Ashley and Matthew take customer care to a whole new level. I recently commissioned a piece of art and I was kept informed and up to date with the whole journey from start to finish. I was given the option to refuse the piece if I wasn’t happy. This was reassuring, particularly as a fair sum of money was involved. The finished painting arrived promptly via courier, extremely well packaged. Inside was a lovely note from the Forest Gallery team. They certainly made me feel valued.
