I was so shocked to read these reviews as my experience could not have been more different. I bought a fantastic Venetian Arbour. Had a handyman to put it up in less than 4 hours. I couldn't have done it by myself as this is a sturdy, professional finish item. It is amazing and worth every penny. The company had perfect communication, super-fast delivery and the delivery driver was a blast from the past. Helped me take the parts through to the back garden and was friendly, polite and professional. The whole experience was faultless and now I can sit with a mug of tea watching the birds come rain or shine. One very happy customer!
