I brought in a video to digitize my son's 1st birthday party. I was hoping to get the digital version to send to my son for his 22nd birthday within 2 days. They explained that even with expediting the order, the normal lead time is about a week. I needed it in 2 days, and they assured me they would do their best. The next day I have the video in my inbox. Great service, fair pricing, and easy to work with. I will definitely use thier service for future needs.
