“Driving home I kept hearing commercials on the radio from Legacy Box. As Costco stopped offering their video transfer service I thought I'd give them a try. I read the reviews and Legacy Box received pretty decent reviews; so off my old tapes went. What a mistake that was. Legacy Box messed up half of my tapes. I sent them 12 tapes and got 11 DVDs back, so right off the bat something wasn't right. I went through the DVDs that I received to try to figure out which one was missing. In the process, I found that not only was a DVD missing but some of the DVDs that I did receive were blank while others were duplicates. In the end, Legacy Box failed to copy 5 of the tapes that I sent to them. Imagine if they sent me 12 DVDs to begin with and I didn't watch them right away. I might not have caught any of their errors. Oh, and I don't want to forget to mention that it took 4 months to get my order back. Of course I contacted Legacy Box about their errors and they eventually refunded my money for the 5 missing DVDs but that also took a while as they would take days to respond to me between e-mails. They did offer to redo the 5 tapes that they failed to do but these are precious memories and I wasn't about to give them a second chance. However, I didn't know who else to trust. Luckily, I stumbled across Forever Studios. What a pleasure it was working with Forever Studios. They were a little cheaper than Legacy Box but, more importantly, they got it all right the first time and so much faster. I had my converted tapes to DVDs back to me in about 3 weeks. I e-mailed them once or twice during the process and received replies immediately. I will use Forever Studios again and I highly recommend them to anyone out there.”

“Great experience working with the Forever Studios team! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and they even gave me a quick tour of their facility. My needs required a VHS tape conversion, 35 mm slide conversion, 35 mm negative strip conversion and one photo restoration project. Along the way, all parties communicated timely and the original schedule predictions remained accurate. I would recommend trying them if you have similar needs.”

“I recently trusted Forever Studio to digitize several old wedding tapes, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The conversion (gold format) and overall service were excellent. William gave us a warm welcome and, along with a friend who had also submitted films, took the time to explain and demonstrate how the process worked. The results were outstanding. I was initially worried the tapes might be too fragile after so many years, but the team handled everything with great care and kept me updated throughout. If you’re considering their services, go for it—you won’t be disappointed!”

“Today I found out with the help of my husband that you sent via email the audio. I'm not very savvy, come to think about it, about a lot of things. I thought I would be getting a CD or something. Now that I have gotten with the program (with the help of my savvy husband), I am DELIGHTED with the product. Sound was clear as a bell - tape recording probably from tne 60s! Thank you.”

“I found three 16mm film reels in my parents' archives from 1947-48. I had been unable to find a way to digitize them, and had all but given up. I saw that Forever Studios could do 16mm and sent them the reels, not knowing what the quality would be. They digitized the videos and the quality was excellent. Total turn around time was about 4 weeks. I now have priceless videos of my parents' wedding that I can share with the whole family. The Forever Studios team was great at communicating progress throughout the process.”

“FS did such a good job on my picture that I plan to use them again. The price was reasonable, they did such a good job on wrapping that even though the courier (FedEx) delivered the banged up box but nothing happened to the picture or frame I definetly use them again on my future projects.”
