“Driving home I kept hearing commercials on the radio from Legacy Box. As Costco stopped offering their video transfer service I thought I'd give them a try. I read the reviews and Legacy Box received pretty decent reviews; so off my old tapes went. What a mistake that was. Legacy Box messed up half of my tapes. I sent them 12 tapes and got 11 DVDs back, so right off the bat something wasn't right. I went through the DVDs that I received to try to figure out which one was missing. In the process, I found that not only was a DVD missing but some of the DVDs that I did receive were blank while others were duplicates. In the end, Legacy Box failed to copy 5 of the tapes that I sent to them. Imagine if they sent me 12 DVDs to begin with and I didn't watch them right away. I might not have caught any of their errors. Oh, and I don't want to forget to mention that it took 4 months to get my order back. Of course I contacted Legacy Box about their errors and they eventually refunded my money for the 5 missing DVDs but that also took a while as they would take days to respond to me between e-mails. They did offer to redo the 5 tapes that they failed to do but these are precious memories and I wasn't about to give them a second chance. However, I didn't know who else to trust. Luckily, I stumbled across Forever Studios. What a pleasure it was working with Forever Studios. They were a little cheaper than Legacy Box but, more importantly, they got it all right the first time and so much faster. I had my converted tapes to DVDs back to me in about 3 weeks. I e-mailed them once or twice during the process and received replies immediately. I will use Forever Studios again and I highly recommend them to anyone out there.”

“Forever Studios far exceeded my expectations. This was my second time using Forever Studios. Working with Casey and Olivia on my most recent project was a great experience; they were pleasant and professional. Olivia, in one day, had a recreation of a 1913 photo of my grandmother as a baby being held by my great-grandmother. “I had made multiple attempts to have a photo of my wife of 52 years restored. She died recently and every memory is very important to me. The other services just could not return the photo to its original quality. Forever studios did! They accomplished this very quickly and impressively. The ability to review proofs and make requests for improvements was wonderful. By the way I found them by asking Google Gemini AI.”

“Forever Studios was fantastic from start to finish! As. you can imagine, I was nervous about sending beloved family videos in case something happened with them. I spent a lot of time researching and finally found Forever Studios. I am SO thankful! They were responsive to every inquiry, were great with switching from USPS to UPS per my request, and held the product longer while I was out of the country. And to top it all off, the videos came back in amazing quality. I will be telling everyone I know about how great of a company Forever Studios is! “They always do such an amazing job. This time I came to them with a picture that was so dark you could barley tell there were 4 people in the picture. However they were able to lighten it and in a timely fashion. I would recommend their service to everyone. Also, customer service is stellar!!!”

“I had vhs tapes from 1990 that were copies of our old 8mm family home movies from the 1950's and 60's. I had them copied and put onto a thumb drive and also took advantage of the $10 enhancement. I am thrilled with the results. The old movies films were lost, all i have left is the vhs tapes and knew they would soon be lost to deterioration. I'm so grateful to now have them permanently on this thumb drive!! They are good quality considering how old they are and the fact that they were copied onto VHS tapes. I will be sending in more to have done!!”

“I sent in two audio tapes of my deceased father's voice--the only items I have with his voice. I admit I was nervous to do this. But, in about ten days, I received the tapes back along with the items I ordered and everything was perfect. Forever Studios kept me advised of where things were in the process. I am just thrilled. Thank you!”
