“Driving home I kept hearing commercials on the radio from Legacy Box. As Costco stopped offering their video transfer service I thought I'd give them a try. I read the reviews and Legacy Box received pretty decent reviews; so off my old tapes went. What a mistake that was. Legacy Box messed up half of my tapes. I sent them 12 tapes and got 11 DVDs back, so right off the bat something wasn't right. I went through the DVDs that I received to try to figure out which one was missing. In the process, I found that not only was a DVD missing but some of the DVDs that I did receive were blank while others were duplicates. In the end, Legacy Box failed to copy 5 of the tapes that I sent to them. Imagine if they sent me 12 DVDs to begin with and I didn't watch them right away. I might not have caught any of their errors. Oh, and I don't want to forget to mention that it took 4 months to get my order back. Of course I contacted Legacy Box about their errors and they eventually refunded my money for the 5 missing DVDs but that also took a while as they would take days to respond to me between e-mails. They did offer to redo the 5 tapes that they failed to do but these are precious memories and I wasn't about to give them a second chance. However, I didn't know who else to trust. Luckily, I stumbled across Forever Studios. What a pleasure it was working with Forever Studios. They were a little cheaper than Legacy Box but, more importantly, they got it all right the first time and so much faster. I had my converted tapes to DVDs back to me in about 3 weeks. I e-mailed them once or twice during the process and received replies immediately. I will use Forever Studios again and I highly recommend them to anyone out there.”

“As soon as I walk in customer service was excellent and very helpful. Then we talked about pricing and everything was explained perfectly and pricing seemed very fair. Upon my maternal being completed I received a call from customer service to let me know it was finished and real for pick up and also explained the policy for returns & refunds. Before leaving I had a tour of the facility and was very impressed how clean and organized. I would and have recommended friends to take their material there. Excellent company.”

“I am SO thankful I chose to digitize my home videos through Forever Studios. The customer service they provided throughout the process, abilitiy to accommodate my changing order (adding tapes/ swapping out copies for originals, etc), and quality of the final product was really remarkable. I have told so many people about the quality product they provide and the amazing communication. I do not think other bigger companies (Legacybox, iMemories, etc.) would have been as hands-on with ensuring my memories remained safe and organized. I 10/10 recommend going through Forever Studios to digitize your tapes!!!”

“I spoke with Stan at Forever Studios and he couldn't have been more helpful. I had some very specific questions/requests regarding my project and how the end product would appear and how I might be able to edit it. He was very patient and informative to make sure we were on the same page. I had submitted a test order just to be sure and I am now prepared to move forward with all my DVDs and, eventually, my photo albums. It's great to be able to speak with the same person instead of going through a virtual assistant or dealing with several different people about the same topic. So far, I am very satisfied.”

“I had 6 reels of 16mm film that I needed digitized. Forever Studios kept me informed every step of the way. Considering the film was over 50 years old, Forever Studios did an amazing job. It was great to relive memories from the past. Thank you.”

“I submitted several old reels of 8mm film for conversion to digitial. These reels were made in the early 70s so I knew I needed to rescue them before they had deteriorated any further. Forever Studios did a great job of transferrring the film. I would definitely consider using them for future projects.”
