“I can’t say enough good things about ForeverStudios.com! I sent in a collection of old 8mm film reels of my grandparents and my mom when she was little. These reels were quite old, but Forever Studios did an amazing job transferring them to a digital format. The quality of the transfer was incredible — it’s like stepping back in time and reliving those precious memories. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. They sent me a secure box for shipping the reels, and I received an email confirmation as soon as they received them and began processing them. When the reels were finished, they emailed me again with a shipping update and even provided a tracking number so I could follow the return. The communication throughout the process was top-notch — I always knew what was happening and when to expect the next step. What really impressed me was their honesty. I had prepaid for seven large reels, but they reached out to let me know that two of my reels were actually small ones. Instead of charging me for seven large reels, they adjusted the cost and only charged me for five large and two small reels. That level of integrity is rare these days — most companies wouldn’t bother to refund the difference unless you asked. The fact that they proactively corrected the charge speaks volumes about their values as a company. But what meant the most was seeing how emotional it was for my mom to be able to watch these memories after so many years. It brought back so much for her, and we’re both so grateful to have these priceless family moments preserved. Forever Studios handled everything with such care and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to preserve their family history — you won’t be disappointed!”

“As soon as I walk in customer service was excellent and very helpful. Then we talked about pricing and everything was explained perfectly and pricing seemed very fair. Upon my maternal being completed I received a call from customer service to let me know it was finished and real for pick up and also explained the policy for returns & refunds. Before leaving I had a tour of the facility and was very impressed how clean and organized. I would and have recommended friends to take their material there. Excellent company.”

“I am SO thankful I chose to digitize my home videos through Forever Studios. The customer service they provided throughout the process, abilitiy to accommodate my changing order (adding tapes/ swapping out copies for originals, etc), and quality of the final product was really remarkable. I have told so many people about the quality product they provide and the amazing communication. I do not think other bigger companies (Legacybox, iMemories, etc.) would have been as hands-on with ensuring my memories remained safe and organized. I 10/10 recommend going through Forever Studios to digitize your tapes!!!”

Upon submitting my tapes I had the good fortune to be waited on by Zack (owner) who listened authentically, gave us a tour of the facility (fascinating) and was prompt in all manners. “I spoke with Stan at Forever Studios and he couldn't have been more helpful. I had some very specific questions/requests regarding my project and how the end product would appear and how I might be able to edit it. He was very patient and informative to make sure we were on the same page. I had submitted a test order just to be sure and I am now prepared to move forward with all my DVDs and, eventually, my photo albums. It's great to be able to speak with the same person instead of going through a virtual assistant or dealing with several different people about the same topic. So far, I am very satisfied.”
