“Great customer service from shipping to the quick duplication. The quality of the transfer of 8mm film, which was over 65 years old to dvds and thumb drives was outstanding. My mother in law enjoyed it and brought back memories from her wedding to her late husband and family. Thank you for a great job.”

“Excellent quality from old 8mm film One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. You get a real person and not some AI (we will get back to you bs). I received an explanation of quality of some of my vhs tapes and understand the issues with the reproduction of them. I am recommending you to some of my friends that they should use your services. “As the family archivist, geneaology buff and photo lover, I have a large supply of ancient family photos, some in very poor condition. I've sent a few to Forever Studios and am amazed at how they bring my long-dead ancestors to life. I'm also impressed with their communication to customers, keeping me in the loop and asking me questions to make things better.”

“Great experience working with the Forever Studios team! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and they even gave me a quick tour of their facility. My needs required a VHS tape conversion, 35 mm slide conversion, 35 mm negative strip conversion and one photo restoration project. Along the way, all parties communicated timely and the original schedule predictions remained accurate. I would recommend trying them if you have similar needs.”
