“I'm glad that my old VHS tape is in the safer, longer-lasting DVD format. Sadly the quality of my VHS tape was such that the quality of the DVD isn't great, but I knew that would be the case. Still, playing the DVD gives the idea of the event from 1987! My family and I enjoyed it greatly. The communication from FS was well done, and their service was as promised.”

“The artists at Forever Studios did very careful and precise work to restore two vintage family photographs in extraordinary detail. These images were particularly challenging because they were historical newspaper photographs captured on hazy microfilm, but that did not deter the expert artists at all. After a few rounds of proofs, each picture looks crisp and clear, like new while still retaining the authentic newspaper photo texture that I wanted. The artists brought beloved family members back into focus and touched a whole family with their work. Simply excellent restorers. Thank you!”

“Even though my cassette was very old and difficult to transfer, this team put their full effort into preserving and digitizing it. They communicated with me the challenges and that they did their best. I'm very pleased with the outcome and can't wait to share my great grandfathers self recorded and mixed fiddle and guitar music with my family!”

“Forever Studios went above and beyond. I loved how they provided a paper, listing/naming my videos . so I knew what I was looking forward to! Absolutely bought my daughter’s to tears watching them for the first time. They did a great job. I would definitely bring the rest of my videos back to them! I have more! Customer service was welcoming, and it was just a pleasant environment to go in and discuss what I would like. I had researched some companies where I had to mail in my order. But I felt safe and secure using a local company .you will not be dissapointed ! And it’s reasonably priced .”

“I was so impressed with Forever Studios. After a bad experience with another company. I was worried about trying again. Forever Studios reps were so helpful and professional. Their communication was stellar, they did a better job transferring my cassettes to digital and returned the originals! I will be using them again.”

“I had a stack of 8mm home movies from 50 to 60 years old. Forever Studios worked diligently on the old, degrading film to digitize them to mp4's. I am very pleased with the result! Great color, timing, stabilizing of jittery spots, working to deal with color shifting due to age, poor lighting, and whatever else these antiques could throw their way. Each staff member has been highly professional, polite, and helpful. I'm also of the opinion that the pricing was excellent. I fully recommend these pros.”

Soangela helped me through the process, and explained everything to me in detail, and every promise was kept. The price was great and their efficiency was excellent. “Excellent experience all around. My tapes - including a professional studio video recording cassette - were of my work as a television news journalist in Chicago in the 1980s. The intake was easy and very professional - including the intake personnel checking with the technical staff to ensure they could transfer the material from the studio cassette to digital as part of the process. I was notified via email about a week later that my material had been captured digitally. And about two weeks later I was advised to come in and pick up my original tapes and digital stick with my materials segmented in digital format. The finished product was everything I had anticipated and brought many fond memories. Thanks for bringing back my past to me and my family in a fairly swift, inexpensive and professional manner. It was a truly wonderful experience.”

“I had a cassette tape from 1970, that wouldn't play. It had very sentimental meaning for our family. Forever Studios did an amazing job digitizing this recording and somehow restoring the sound quality enough that I can understand every word. I am so very grateful.”

Michael, thank you. I'll make sure Joangelo hears this. Handing over a box of family footage takes some trust, and being met by someone who actually knows the material makes that a lot easier. Ciao. - Greg, General Manager

“Glad I finally got to see family film footage from the 50s. Thanks for your good work.”

Susan, film from the 50s often survives better than people expect. Acetate stock holds up well as long as it stayed reasonably cool and dry, which is why footage that old can still look sharp. Glad you finally got to sit down and watch it. - Greg, General Manager

“Trusted other reviews and was not disappointed. Haven’t looked at all of the DVD’s yet, but what we did look at brought back great memories from over 33 years ago! The video and sound quality were excellent, reminded me of playback on the tv from the camera. I believe the pricing was fair and the processing time was very reasonable. We’re very glad we finally did this!”

Gary, 33 years is right about where VHS starts shedding oxide off the backing, so tape that still plays back looking like the camera did is worth capturing now rather than later. Glad the quality held up. Enjoy the rest of the discs when you get to them. - Greg, General Manager
