“This 1904 photo was of my great grandfather loading some logs on a wagon with a team of mules. The technician removed the ears on one of the mules and when I asked for a revision they put on ears the length of a horse's ears. I asked for another revision and the ears were longer, but they weren't in the original position. I finally approved it because I knew it wasn't going to be something I could use. But this is my only complaint because the previous photos you did for me turned out very nice.”

Guy, three rounds and the mules still weren't right. At that point the process failed you, not just the first attempt. Removing detail that was actually in a 1904 photograph is the opposite of restoration, and once that happened, each revision was correcting our error rather than improving your image. You shouldn't have had to approve something you knew you couldn't use. Thank you for saying the earlier photos turned out well. Richard, twice is once more than anyone should have to ask. We do run a triple quality check before an order ships, and clearly it didn't catch what it should have on yours.
