I was initially hesitant about whether or not to purchase the service to restore the clarity and colors to my picture from 1968. That being said the customer service chat representative checked out my image and reassured me it could be done. If there is a need for reference photos of someone in the image that is hard to be seen they will use it and make the picture you are restoring perfect. I was blown away at the results of my picture being brought to life decades ago. It was done in a timely manner and if there is something on the product you want to be fixed they will go ahead and fix it until it is to your liking. Without a doubt worth the money.
