I have had many boxes of media digitalized with Forever Studios. Their staff has been consistently kind. The one time my cloud suddenly disappeared, they very quickly resolved - and solved - the issue (much to my relief!). I am quite happy with the quality of the images, video, film and audio transferred. Their numbering of batches has helped me enormously work out my final cataloging and spreadsheets of information I needed to do afterward (another nightmare for archivists!).
