I am overjoyed by the service and quality of work I received. Forever Studios has a simple portal to set up the order. I had a glitch where I did not receive an email confirming my payment so I called their office and Kaila was amazing, she assured me the payment was received and that my shipment that was set to arrive on Saturday would be received along with an email confirmation. I was really nervous to send away my 35 year old cassette tapes with recordings of my grandmother reading to me and Forever Studios took great care of these! I chose to only go with the classic audio package which doesn’t remove the tape noise but the quality is good enough for my purpose, though I do see the benefit of upgrading to their higher quality sound package where they can actually isolate the voice.
