Forever Studio is awesome! I submitted an order for several movie transfers and they did it. Initially, I was unhappy but Forever Studio reached out to me immediately and I'm talking FAST to find out how can they fix this issue and it wasn't even a full week before they fixed my concerns and gave me exactly what I asked for.
