I spoke with Stan at Forever Studios and he couldn't have been more helpful. I had some very specific questions/requests regarding my project and how the end product would appear and how I might be able to edit it. He was very patient and informative to make sure we were on the same page. I had submitted a test order just to be sure and I am now prepared to move forward with all my DVDs and, eventually, my photo albums. It's great to be able to speak with the same person instead of going through a virtual assistant or dealing with several different people about the same topic. So far, I am very satisfied.
