I sent in two audio tapes of my deceased father's voice--the only items I have with his voice. I admit I was nervous to do this. But, in about ten days, I received the tapes back along with the items I ordered and everything was perfect. Forever Studios kept me advised of where things were in the process. I am just thrilled.
