I’ve been in touch regarding a return (which I made on 2 May). I was advised on 16 May that there was a backlog but my refund would be processed. It is now 20 days post return and still nothing has been done.
The quality of clothing I purchased was tacky/ poor too. Avoid this online boutique if possible
