Very bad experience with my returns 2 items pending since 31 MAR and 14 APR .
The automated email says refrain from chasing , emailing or calling or you will be out back at the end of the queue .
This is ludicrous service . I am over GBP480 out of pocket . Anyone has any suggestions .
