Word of warning for all of you complaining about returns and not receiving refunds; I too have not received a refund for goods sent back over a month ago and that are now out of their own refund policy and I keep getting fobbed off in emails about large back logs and not to chase. I became suspicious when I noticed on their website has a sale up-to 40% off, so I googled Forever Unique to find they went into liquidation earlier this year with massive debts and filed for bankruptcy in April! All I can suggest is approaching your bank or credit card company to see if you are eligible for a refund that way. Good Luck!
